Vulcan Tool

Vulcan Tool is an AWE facility for 1959 so workers are eligible to file Part B claims.

At the request of National Lead Company of Ohio (Fernald), Vulcan Tool Company conducted experiments involving the cutting of normal uranium slugs and tubes on a Brehm cutter in October 1959.

 

DOE

DOE lists Vulcan Tool as a covered EEOICPA facility.

 

DOL

DOL lists Vulcan Steel's Part B claim statistics.  To date no claims have been paid.

 

NIOSH
