 Heald Machine Company, Worcester Massachusetts

 

HealdHeald Machine Company

Heald Machine is an AWE facility for May 16-20 1960 so workers are eligible to file Part B claims.

National Lead of Ohio (Fernald) conducted tests on a drilling machine at the Heald facility. The tests involved drilling a few uranium slugs on the machine which Fernald intended to purchase.

DOE Legacy Management has a Heald Machine webpage because it was considered for FUSRAP.
