Dow Chemical is an AWE facility from 1947-1957 so workers are eligible to file Part B claims.

Dow has a Special Exposure Cohort for all workers who had specific cancers and were employed at least 250 days between January 1, 1947-December 31, 1957.

The Dow operation involved process studies and experimental investigations on different uranium ores and thorium-bearing ores, including pilot-scale solvent extraction of uranium from phosphoric acid.
